Grade 3-4:

Students will learn:

• How to make Digital Stories and create 3D, pop-up E-Books using ZooBurst. Digital storytelling develops visual and multimedia literacy in students. Moreover, it helps students write more effectively and creatively.
• How to make and share great comics using Bit Strips. Comics are a proven tool for building language skills. Thus, this will help them in building their literacy skills and improve their inferential reading and writing skills.

Grade 5-6-7:

Students will learn:

• Microsoft Excel Advanced (creating formulas, Math functions, charts and graphs)
• Microspft Power Point and Prezi (they will learn how to make dynamic slideshows presentations with text, sound effects, pictures and videos)
• Movie Maker and Camtasia (they will learn how to make movies by importing pictures, video clips, music/sounds and narrations)
• How to make and share great comics using Bit Strips. Comics are a proven tool for building language skills. Thus, this will help them in building their literacy skills and improve their inferential reading and writing skills.
