Summer Soccer League 2011
Commences on the 6th of July 2011 and will be held every Monday and Wednesday between 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the Edgewood park south of Ellesmere and Brimley. A professional league player from within the community will be training the kids – boys & girls. This is open to all so please feel to inform your friends and family.
Cost is $40 and includes a free t-shirt. Students must wear proper sports attire – track pants/shorts/sport shoes. Do not forget to bring along your own water bottles.
Please note: Participants assume all risk and hazards incidental to their participation, including transportation to and from all activities and, do so hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Haadi Elementary School, its officers, agents and employees, coaches and co-sponsors from any claims arising out of injury to the above named participant. In addition, permission is hereby given to hospitals and/or other licensed medical facilities to provide treatment as deemed necessary by them. Registration Forms are considered complete after full payment is received. Client changes or cancellations may be subject to fees once registration is received, or confirmed by HAADI.
